About the Role
Utility Saving Solutions located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia is seeking an Energy Incentive Specialist to join our innovative and creative team. The Energy Incentive Specialist will play an important role in processing utility company rebates and uncovering incentives for commercial and residential customers. This includes gathering the information needed to submit rebates under the prescriptive and custom programs.
Responsibilities
Work directly with homeowners, builders, and the utility company to facilitate the processing of rebates
Manage a high-volume portfolio of rebates as a participating contractor
Prepare reports detailing energy incentive results and status
Review for submissions in the Rebate Processing queue
Manage Tasks related to rebate processing/incentives
Compile supporting documents for entry into utility company portals
Contact with customer and/or utility company for inquiries and information
Maintain database of rebates and utility company considerations
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to organize and follow workflow in established systems
Knowledge of online systems and applications and working knowledge of office equipment
Ability to acquire knowledge and leverage training tools and workshops for professional development
Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Calendar Management and excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Problem solving skills
High School Diploma; additional experience in managing rebates will be a plus
